Inspired by William Morgan’s beloved Dune House and Florida’s vintage surf culture, each space layers sea glass and sun-bleached stone with relaxed sophistication. Mornings begin by the shore, and evenings end in effortless comfort.

As Dune House continues to evolve, four new dining concepts are taking shape, including Coastal Farmer, our tide-to-table coastal steakhouse, Sea Turtle Scoops, Soothsayer poolside bar, and Cafe Dune. You can also look forward to a revitalized spa, a beachfront pool, curated retail from local Atlantic Beach vendors, and over 10,000 square feet of reimagined gathering and event space.

  • We have partnered with several local fitness facilities while our gym is being refreshed. Just show your Dune House keycard and enjoy:

     

    • LA Fitness – $20 day passes
    • Planet Fitness – complimentary day pass through the app for your first visit.
    • Phoenix Power Yoga – drop in class $20

  • Our spa is still under construction. We’ll keep you updated on the progress. 

  • The pool is currently open however based on certain construction needs may be closed during your stay. Please contact the hotel directly to find out the status during your stay.

  • We have 24 hour valet available during your stay.

  • The majority of our guest rooms have fully transitioned to the new Dune House look and we are wrapping up the final two floors soon.

  • We won’t pretend a renovation is silent. Construction takes place during daytime hours only, and guest room corridors are separated from active work zones. If something feels like too much, come find us at the front desk and we’ll make it right. We have complimentary ear plugs.

    The name is a nod to the William Morgan Dune House built into the dunes right here in Atlantic Beach, and to the feeling of this place itself. A house, not a hotel. Somewhere you return to, not just pass through. The name fits. We’re glad it’s finally official.
