What is the cancellation policy for spa appointments?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule spa appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

What is the minimum age to receive a spa treatment?

Guests must be at least 16 years old to receive most spa treatments. Guests under 18 require a parent or guardian’s consent, and some treatments may be limited.
