We have 24 hour valet available during your stay.

The majority of our guest rooms have fully transitioned to the new Dune House look and we are wrapping up the final two floors soon.

We won’t pretend a renovation is silent. Construction takes place during daytime hours only, and guest room corridors are separated from active work zones. If something feels like too much, come find us at the front desk and we’ll make it right. We have complimentary ear plugs.

Absolutely. All reservations made under the One Ocean name will be honored under Dune House without any action needed on your part. 

Dune House is evolving to create a more elevated and connected beachfront experience. The transformation introduces refreshed spaces, new amenities, and elevated experiences that reflect the spirit of Atlantic Beach and our place within the community.

The name is a nod to the William Morgan Dune House built into the dunes right here in Atlantic Beach, and to the feeling of this place itself. A house, not a hotel. Somewhere you return to, not just pass through. The name fits. We’re glad it’s finally official.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to receive spa treatments. 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule spa appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

Absolutely. Dune House Spa welcomes both resort guests and visitors.

Yes, parking is available on-site. Overnight parking is $35 per night and daily parking is $20. Additional taxes and service charges apply to both rates.

Each room is designed for coastal comfort, featuring plush king or queen beds, Grown Alchemist bath amenities, and a walk-in shower. Beyond the basics, our guest amenities include a curated minibar, lounge seating, and modern tech like HDTV and mobile key entry. You’ll also find thoughtful touches such as a steamer, vanity mirror, and an in-room safe—while select suites offer soaking tubs and all rooms are proudly pet-friendly.

We understand plans can change. Reservations may be canceled or modified up to 72 hours before your arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Any changes made after that time may result in additional charges.

Yes, Dune House is a pet-friendly resort welcoming up to two dogs under 60 pounds, with some breed restrictions. A non-refundable $150 cleaning fee applies per stay, and an additional fee will be charged if you change rooms. Guests must follow local beach guidelines regarding pets. Service dogs are exempt from fees unless damage occurs, though emotional support animals are not recognized as service dogs under ADA regulations.

Check-in begins after 4 p.m., and guests must be at least 21 years old to check in. Check-out is before 12 p.m., giving you plenty of time to enjoy a slow morning before departure.
